I joined Five Star Real Estate LLC in 2014 specializing in real estate investments and serving Buyers through 1031 exchanges. While previewing a multitude of listings for my Buyers, I saw a greater need to serve Realtors, and educate Builders and Sellers how to properly prepare their houses for the market.

As a personal real estate investor—a Buyer—I know what determines a solid investment. And a former editorial stylist I understand the impact of creating emotional connections for people and spaces and the significant difference this can make to the Sellers’ bottom line. So I turned my focus on staging houses for the real estate market and in August 2015 created ROI A Real Estate Staging Company.

ROI A Real Estate Staging Company now serves premier Realtors and their clients by providing options for fully preparing their listings for the market through its unique staging process. ROI stages to engage Buyer’s imaginations—connecting them emotionally—helping them visualize each respective listing as their new home.

Dana holds a professional staging certification with honors through Certified Staging

Professionals [CSP], she is a member of Real Estate Staging Professionals [RESA] and is an active member of Women’s Council of Realtors [WCR].

 

In 2010 Dana earned her BS in Business Management;

2012 earned an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University;

2014 became professionally licensed as a Realtor for the State of Michigan;

2015 earned A Masters in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University, D.C.
